Here are our projections for the unit economics. As you can see, the mold will be our biggest cost in year 1.

Here are our financial forecasts for the next three years. Some key things we assumed, based off of interviews with physical therapist, were:
there are 4-5 new knee patients/week/PT
less that 20% require surgery and about 10% require bracing
many insurance companies cover bracing devices with a doctors referral
about a $5,000 cost per software sale
Also, as of 2019, there are 2,405 PTs in Houston out of about 10,000 in Texas.
Based off of these projections, we'll make money in the second year!
